Warehouse Operation Team Leader

You will be responsible for monitoring warehouse day to day activities (both inbound and outbound), ensuring that all customers orders are correctly being served and on time, and making certain that incoming shipments or deliveries are accurate while working closely with other departments.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
1.
Maintain storage area by organizing floor space, adhering to storage design principles, and recommending improvements

2.
Maintain inventory by conducting weekly or monthly physical counts.
You will work closely with our Inventory Analyst to solve any discrepancy/ variances in our inventory.
3.
Ensure shipments' and inventory transactions' accuracy

4.
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments

5.
Ensure that customer orders matches from job orders, withdrawal request and physical products.
6.
Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:
1.
Proven work experience in a cold storage warehouse or equivalent.
2.
Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques

3.
Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency

4.
Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
5.
Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
6.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7.
Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
8.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
9.
Willing to extend extra hours when required.
