ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Management: Oversee daily operations including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management across multiple warehouse locations (Bulacan, Silang, and VisMin). Ensure compliance with company policies and vision, and manage all aspects of logistics and distribution.Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels through effective supervision of physical counts and reconciliation with data storage systems. Ensure target inventory accuracy, efficient warehousing, and integrity in work procedures.Security and Safety: Establish and monitor security procedures to safeguard warehouse operations and contents. Enforce adherence to national and local warehousing regulations, safety protocols, and SOPs.Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff, ensuring teams are equipped with the skills needed for current and future challenges. Foster a proactive and problem-solving culture within the team.Logistics Coordination: Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities. Coordinate with drivers, shipping partners, and other operations teams to ensure efficient delivery and adherence to SLAs.Facility Management: Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by implementing design layouts, inspecting equipment, and overseeing repairs and replacements as necessary.Budget and Financial Management: Prepare and manage the annual warehouse budget, monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions to achieve financial objectives.Process Improvement: Identify, analyze, and solve operational problems, particularly recurring issues. Refine and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and service delivery.Reporting: Produce regular reports on key warehouse metrics, including inventory accuracy, shrinkage, stock movements, costs, and operational efficiency. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet the required quality, function, and reliability specifications before delivery. Develop and manage processes to uphold these standards.Compliance and Standards: Ensure warehousing, handling, and shipping requirements compliance. Stay informed about new legislation and advise management on necessary actions.Additional Duties: Perform tasks assigned by the management that may not be covered in the job description. Maintain and review biometrics records and logbooks of all warehouse employees.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, with a proven track record in leadership roles.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Proficient in warehouse management procedures and inventory controls.Strong leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions.Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to be assigned to Silang, Cavite.Working LocationIf the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
