Warehouse Manager

**Job Summary**:

- Responsible for the entire operations of SOS warehouse; monitors warehouse operations.
**Duties &Responsibilities**:
1.
Plans and organizes the day-to-day activities in the warehouse specifically the order fulfillment process, finished goods receiving and inventory updating

2.
Responsible in implementing an effective and efficient management warehouse system that will enhance and improve the existing operation

3.
Develops a Standard Operating Procedure for the warehouse that would cover work standards, 5s practices, preventive maintenance of equipment's and resources, maintaining integrity of inventory and overall safety and awareness program

4.
Responsible for all external communication and coordination on warehouse activities and all matters related to operations

5.
Develops strategic plans and programs on a yearly basis for the continuous improvement of warehouse operation and prepare the corresponding budget needed for the efficient operation

6.
Responsible in ensuring that the employees are working towards the achievement of the mission and vision of the company and the division and that they are emulating the values set forth by the company

7.
Maintains a high performing team that can work together towards uplifting not only the morale and skills of all warehouse personnel

8.
Prepares yearly plans and budget

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Meycauayan, Bulacan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
