Warehouse Man

JOB SUMMARY

This position is accountable for Warehouse man Responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving parts from production, segregation and preparing items for delivery. Filling shipment plan regarding warehouse stock packing and shipping orders on time. Perform monthly inventory and make sure the stock card is always updated .Responsible to Maintain the cleanliness of warehouse finished Good area and delivery Area.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
1. In charged to received Finished Good and Semi finished from production
a. Responsible to check the receipt vs actual if tally mark down if there is discrepancies
b. Segregate the parts/items and allocate accordingly
2. Responsible to prepare the parts for delivery
a. Prepare orders write down on shipment plan regarding the purchase order request.
b. Responsible to attached the shipping label to materials for delivery assure the quantity is accurate based on packing list
c. Pulling materials/parts ,packing ,placing orders in delivery area ,load the materials for delivery to truck or car
3. Perform monthly inventory and update the stock card
4. Responsible to unload and segregate the delivery container from China
5. Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work station neat
6. Compliance with the Management System ( ISO 9001:2015 , ISO 14001:2015 , ISO 45001: 2018 , RBA Code of Conduct).
7. Other task that may assigned by immediate superior.
