Warehouse & Logistics Assistant

• Responsible in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of an organization by
managing administrative tasks and supporting various functions within the organization.
• Manage ingress/egress and set-up in a timely, correct, and safe manner with
minimal to no losses/damages through proactive and proper coordination, scheduling, planning, and execution
• Manage the warehouse inventory effectively, accurately, and safely through
good inventory appropriate warehousing practices, guidelines, and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the organization by assisting with the reports,
purchase of items, payments, record-keeping, customer service, and other
administrative work
• Assisting with other tasks to support the overall team or department

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Logistics, or any Business-related courseMinimum of 2 years work experienceWilling to work in Quezon CityWilling to work on weekends or holidaysProficient in Microsoft Office
