Warehouse & Logistics Assistant / Fulltime-Quezon City-Urgent

Salary Offer: 17000 - 20000

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organization by managing administrative tasks and supporting various functions within the organization.

1. Manage ingress/egress and set-up in a timely, correct, and safe manner with minimal to no losses or damages through proactive and proper coordination, scheduling, planning, and execution.

2. Manage warehouse inventory effectively, accurately, and safely through appropriate warehousing practices, guidelines, and procedures.

3. Provide administrative support to the organization by assisting with reports, purchasing items, payments, record-keeping, customer service, and other administrative tasks.

4. Assist with other tasks to support the overall team or department.

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Management, Logistics, or any business-related course.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
Willing to work in Quezon City.
Willing to work on weekends or holidays.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
