SPECIFICATION OF RESPONSIBILITIES ASSET & MATERIAL STOCKS INVENTORY MANAGEMENT Check all incoming asset/material stocks (Accuracy, completeness, & condition status from purchase Order vs. Delivery Receipt) prior to receiving.Transmit all outgoing material stocks to F&D Dept when doing car park projectsTagged all outgoing assets accordingly.Update all asset/material stocks inventory monitoring then submit a monthly report to track expenses and usage. CARPARK INVENTORY MANAGEMENT Assist in conducting annual on-site asset inventory to all carpark sites.Conduct inventory tagging and actual asset condition checking in all closed car parks.Update records and report found discrepancies. OTHERS Log and monitor the usage of hand tools/power equipment.Safekeep and constant checking of the condition of hand tools /power equipment.Report misuse, abuse, or loss of said tools.Secured safely all assets and scraps (with or without monetary value).Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse. Warehouse guidelines must be strictly complied by all. Any found violations must be reported accordingly.Perform other tasks assigned from time to time. COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS FOR THE ROLE
