Warehouse Custodian
REPORTS TO: Warehouse Team Leader
Working location: North Fairview Quezon City/ Salary 16-18k /Age 22-35 / Male / NO TATTOOS
JOB SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, and managing stock levels 
2.Loading and unloading trucks and containers, and preparing goods for dispatch 
3.Ensuring all items received are in good condition and products are within specifications
4.Collecting items from a distribution center and transferring them to shipping bays or staging area.
5.Keeping a detailed inventory of all outgoing and incoming items.
6.Ensuring that inventory record is the same as the actual stock on hand
7.Identifying any missing or defective products.
8.Sorting, organizing, and storing inventory in the proper location 
9.Maintaining a clean and organized working environment by keeping shelves, inventory space and work station neat and organize.
10.Ordering new supplies.
11.Liaising with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
12.Updating logs and documentation for inventory processing, and preparing documentation and inventory for audits 
13.Providing exceptional customer service, and handling customer complaints and questions 

REQUIREMENTS
?College graduate
?1-2 yrs experience in inventory management
?Computer literate
?Knowledgeable in SAP system
SKILLS
?Attention to detail and accuracy.
?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
?Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
