Warehouse Clerk

1.
Receives, checks, and records raw materials, goods, supplies being delivered by the suppliers.
2.
Verifies if deliveries have a Purchase Order; counter checks details and counts to ensure accuracy of the quantity as well as the quality of items.
3.
Collates/Segregates receiving reports and purchase order report per department.
Issues copy to concerned department.
4.
Maintains and updates records of stocks inventory to the system as well as systematic filing for an easy retrieval.
5.
Generates and submit accurate and timely report.
6.
Responsible for the necessary actions on item returns to suppliers.
Keep records and prepares necessary documents.
7.
Participates in the monthly and fiscal inventory activities.
8.
Coordinates with Finance Department on necessary documents to be submitted for the preparation of checks for the suppliers and cost of the raw materials/supplies.
9.
Handles recipe formulations of dry materials and other confidential files.
10.
Provides administrative and clerical support to department.
11.
Maintains good housekeeping in work area.
12.
Coordinates and interacts with other department in carrying out task.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cabuyao, Laguna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
