Description :

Supervision: Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipping.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping to minimize discrepancies.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular safety training and audits to maintain a safe working environment.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance workflow processes.
Requirement :

Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Must be 30 - 45 years old
