Warehouse Checker

JOB SUMMARY: The Warehouse Checker is responsible for inspecting and verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments in a warehouse environment.
They ensure that the inventory is correctly accounted for, that items are in good condition, and that all records are accurately maintained.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Verify the quantity and quality of incoming and outgoing shipments.
2.
Compare shipments with purchase orders and packing slips to ensure accuracy.
3.
Inspect products for damage, defects, or discrepancies.
4.
Record and report any inventory shortages, overages, or damages.
5.
Ensure that all documentation related to shipments (such as bills of lading, invoices, and delivery notes) is accurate and complete.
6.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
7.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
