**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- In-charge in receiving quantity inspection and checking of actual products of shipment vs. products declared in Receiving report (RR) for Food and Non-Food.
Update the inventory of transactions of non-food and food items.
- Prepare Delivery Receipts (DR) based on Order Slip.
- In-charge in dispatch activities and ensure correct quantity of products vs.
Delivery receipt (DR) vs. quantity declared on Delivery Schedule List.
- Accomplish the Receiving report (RR) based on the actual products received and submit it to XERO.
Responsible in updating of Dispatch transactions thru XERO.
- In case of non-conformity, prepare the corresponding reports such as Product Disposition Form (PDF) thru XERO and Sales Return Form (SRF).
- Preparation of Daily Delivery Schedule list based on Delivery Receipt (DR) received
- Accomplish Daily Delivery Sanitation Checklist and Daily Warehouse Personnel Checklist.
Check Potability Monitoring and Chlorine Concentration Monitoring, Pest Control Device Monitoring sheet, Temperature and Relative Humidity Monitoring, Condition of dehumidifiers, and Daily Warehouse Sanitation Checklist.
- Responsible in updating of Receiving report summary every after receipt of shipment.
- Prepare Product Incident report when damaged product found during dispatch.Summarize Product Incident Report (PIR) every month.
- Prepare pallet tag with correct information based on the products received and ensure the implementation of pallet tagging upon the receipt of shipment.
- Ensure compliance on GWP and ISO standards.
- Assist in reviewing and updating of existing approved Warehouse Documentation (SOP, WI, Guidelines, and Forms) vs. the actual practice in the operation
**JOB QUALIFCATIONS**:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration major in Operations Management or Supply Chain Management
- With at least 1 year work experience in warehousing or food industry
- Knowledgeable in business analytics
- Proficient in using Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
- Willing to work in Sta.
