Warehouse Assistant

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Operations**
- Monitors the inventory level of Finished Goods to assess the amount of stocks available and coordinates with Production to request for additional stocks for buffering
- Receives delivery of Finished Goods and update monitoring file accordingly
- Monitors outgoing transactions of Finished Goods via Stock Cards
- Monitors and updates the schedule of delivery (receiving) of Finished Goods
- Conducts monthly Physical Inventory Count

**Administrative Tasks**
- Encoding Requisition Slip (RS) and Inventory Adjustment (IA) at Bizbox
- Filing of warehouse related documents

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**
- At least College Level
- With at least one (1) year of relevant experience in Production Operations in the manufacturing industry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From Php11,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
