JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of an organization by managing administrative tasks and supporting various functions within the organization.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the organization by assisting with the purchase of items, bills payment, record-keeping, facilities managementWarehouse & Logistics Support: Supporting Warehouse & Logistics processes such as planning and coordination of deliveries, pullouts, and set up of rental items; assisting with warehouse tasksTeam Support: Assisting with tasks to support the overall team or department.Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, psychology, or any business-related courseMinimum of 2 years experienceWilling to work in Commonwealth Avenue (near Ever Gotesco)Work schedule is Monday to SaturdayProficient in Microsoft Office BENEFITS Statutory benefits (e.g., SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth, service incentive leave, maternity/paternity leave, single parent leave, etc.)Performance bonusHMO / Healthcare planCompany mobile phone plan
