Warehouse Aide

1. Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of mezzanine including comfort rooms
2. Assists Warehouse Admin in ensuring proper receiving of visitors
3. Receives and records incoming samples.
4. Assist Warehouse Admin in safekeeping, scanning, storing documents received from incoming samples.
5. Receives various material, office supplies and other nontrade items.
6. Prepare and record outgoing samples requested by commercial (BES, Food and Water).
7. Ensures enough stocks of PPE, cleaning, and sanitizing supplies.
8. Help Warehouse Admin by preparing materials/ equipment during programs/activities.
9. Put away materials/equipment used after events and put in proper storage.
10. Assist Warehouse Admin in inventory of supplies.
11. Help with any request from Supply Chain personnel and visitors.
12. Performs other functions that may be assigned by the Warehouse Manager

Qualifications:
• Highschool Graduate
• At least with 1-2 years related experience
• Willing to work in Biñan, Laguna
