Warehouse Admin Staff

Receive incoming stocks and compare them with the purchase order list and delivery receipt for accuracy.Check delivered items for completeness and quality, noting any defects.Input received items into the system to ensure accuracy and record warranties.Issue materials or equipment to linemen based on job orders from JC and record transactions in the system.Monitor and replenish materials in the warehouse when quantities reach minimum levels.Coordinate with purchasing personnel to create purchase orders for materials reaching minimum levels.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse by sweeping floors, removing debris, and disposing of waste.Assist with inventory counts to ensure accurate inventory records and identify discrepancies.Provide required reports on inventory status, warehouse operations, and safety incidents on a regular basis.Encode, separate, and store pulled-out modems into the warehouse, distinguishing between good and defective units, upon receipt from the IT personnel.Performs other tasks that might be assigned from time to time
