Job Description:

Serve food and beverages to guests.
Escorting customers to their table.
Setting and cleaning tables and service areas.
Share menu and tea knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests.
Prepare station for readiness prior to opening and closing of each shift.
Checking with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.
Ensuring the food order is made correctly and looks presentable for guests.
