Position Overview:
We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiters/Servers.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they have a positive dining experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and drink offerings.
Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure that guests' needs are met throughout their meal, including refilling drinks, clearing plates, and checking in on satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Process payments and provide change or receipts to customers.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
Adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly, positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays if needed.
Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
