Required Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on corporate law, securities law, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in or with CPA firms or financial services firms. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
