We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Human Resources (VP HR) to oversee the human resources functions for the organization. The VP HR will be responsible for driving HR strategies that support business growth, improve employee engagement, and create a high-performance organizational culture. This role requires a forward-thinking HR leader with a strong background in talent management, organizational development, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the company's HR strategy to align with business objectives and organizational goals, ensuring the talent and workforce structure supports organizational growth.Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and learning and development.Implement and drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.Advise senior leadership on organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, and succession planning.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, overseeing HR policies and practices that adhere to legal requirements and industry standards.Develop and implement performance management systems that promote employee growth, accountability, and alignment with company objectives.Lead the design and execution of compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive and meet the needs of employees.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, legal, finance) to implement HR technology solutions and improve HR processes.Develop and manage HR budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support key initiatives and organizational priorities.Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes inclusivity, diversity, and collaboration across all levels of the company.Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational restructuring, growth, or other changes.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on sensitive HR matters and employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent handling of employee concerns.Establish and track key HR metrics to measure effectiveness and continuously improve HR programs.Stay current on trends and best practices in HR, technology, and talent management, and introduce innovative ideas to enhance the overall employee experience.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR preferred).Minimum of 10-15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in an executive leadership role (VP or similar).Proven track record of leading and managing HR functions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.Demonstrated experience in driving employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organizational development initiatives.Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and HR metrics to support decision-making and program improvements.Strong business acumen, with the ability to align HR strategies with overall organizational goals.Experience managing HR budgets and overseeing HR technology implementation.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefitsRetirement savings plan with employer contributionGenerous paid time off and flexible work arrangementsProfessional development and leadership growth opportunities
