Minimum Requirements: At least 15 years of procurement or supply chain management experience preferably in the real-estate industry.With at least 5 years in a Senior Managerial/Leadership capacity.Proven track record in contractor and supplier negotiation, cost reduction and savings.Education: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field;MBA and/or other relevant qualification is desirable.Key Skills: Strong contractor and supplier negotiation skills.Strong communication and supplier management skills.Can implement cost reduction initiatives and risk management.Proven team management and mentoring skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to align procurement goals with business objectives.
