**Preamble**
We are looking for a Marketing Head to help us establish our client's brands, talents and content through marketing communications and customer lifecycle management.
The marketing head will be responsible for identifying how to best go to market given customer needs, their behavior and the various forces surrounding the business.
The marketing head drives business growth across the marketing funnel, looking at the customer journey from awareness, consideration, retention and resurrection.
As a leader, you are expected to inspire, coach and motivate our marketing team as we chart a unique path for our client.
An advocate of accountability, openness and of challenging the status quo, you will help create our client's transformational culture, shaping people who share in our vision of forming a trailblazing tradigital media company.
**Responsibilities**
- Help deliver targets by building our base of viewers and followers, driving paid purchases, habituating usage and growing loyalty.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing plans; working closely with business partners, sales, creative teams and channels to deliver business and communication objectives.
- Leverage and maximize the ecosystem and different media channels.
Drive efficiencies and synergies in marketing.
- Provide relevant market insight through data analytics and research.
- Provide business units with strategic perspective to help craft IPs, formats and executions that are relevant and sellable.
- Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team who is driven to transform the media landscape and cement our client's name in the industry.
**Qualifications**
- Proven track record in Marketing, Advertising or Communications with 10+ years experience.
- Successful track record as a leader - especially in senior marketing or creative roles.
- Extensive knowledge of traditional marketing, digital marketing, media channels, trends and opportunities to be able to maximize marketing monies.
- Strong understanding of the media and digital landscape, industry innovations and trends.
- Considers data as a critical component to planning and decision making.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
Capable of presenting in front of large audiences as a thought leader.
