Vp For Insurance Bpo Operations (500K Monthly)

Role Title: Vice President Insurance Operations Industry: BPO (Insurance/Claims account)

Key Responsibilities: Drive transformation projects from operations, digital asset implementation, standard methodologies' framework, case studies, and benchmarking for making processes more efficient and effective. Effectively engage with customers to understand and address customer pain points. Key Qualifications: Holds an Ops Sr. Leadership position in the Insurance Vertical - 8 to 10 years (in a BPO or In-house Setting). Understanding of the Insurance Industry and excellent knowledge of Underwriting or Claims. Ability to prioritize and manage effectively across many competing and concurrent tasks. Strong negotiation, facilitation, influencing, and consensus-building skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Should be able to prepare and present independently & confidently to senior leadership. Leverage lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement. Proactively understand Clients' business needs and propose appropriate solutions. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php350,000.00 - Php400,000.00 per month
