Qualifications

•Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage office operations efficiently, including scheduling, file management, and maintaining office supplies.
•Documentation Proficiency: Strong skills in note-taking and documentation, with experience in creating, organizing, and managing both electronic and paper records.
•Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with staff and clients.
•Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling administrative tasks, including data entry and report preparation.
•Technical Competence: Proficiency with office software, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools, as well as familiarity with office equipment.
•Problem-Solving Ability: Capacity to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement effective processes to address administrative challenges."
