Walkthrough the Financial Advisors and Client Associates (internal customers) in opening/closing and other transactions in a brokerage account in the system.
Provides information to the branch on the required documents for transactions in the brokerage account.
Reviews and approves brokerage account transactions and maintenance documents submitted by the branch through system service requests.
Educate the Financial advisors and Client associates on how to submit service request in Smart Station.
Receives, reviews, and approves service requests to update brokerage account information.
Explains policies and procedures related to brokerage services.
Add/remove account restrictions for upcoming or urgent trades.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Completed at least 2nd year in college and/or Bachelor's degree in any field
At least 1 year of voice support experience in any International Company
Strong communication skills
Experience in securities operations (e.g. trade processing, trade booking, brokerage services, derivatives, fixed income, etc.
Amenable to permanent night shifts that follow US holidays
Amenable to work onsite in Five Neo, BGC, Taguig City
