Lodging andactioning support tickets & emails with assistance from our techsCreating and supporting documentation related to voice systems forcustomersTroubleshooting voice communication, from physical faults toregistration and call quality issuesWorking with the rest of the team, ensuring we can all deliver to ahigh standardDesirable Skills And ExperienceMust-Haves3 years in a similar role with a high focus on VoIP based systemsHas experience in Cisco and Mikrotik SystemExcellent troubleshooting & fault finding abilities.
