If you are looking for flexibility in a company that valuesexpertise and promotes learning and growing in more than just the jobdescription, we would very much like to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation and support of on-site & cloud-hosted communicationsservicesAssisting with projects each step of the way. Obtaining requirementsfrom customers, configuring local or cloud-hosted PBX systems, provisioning& testing those systemsBuilding call-flows, setting up voice-mails, automated messaging, ringgroups/queues, failover etcOn-boarding new customers. Delivering phones and voice equipmenton-site, providing basic assistance & training and ensuring everythingis up and runningBasic troubleshooting and/or repair of physical cabling issues with theassistance of the rest of our technical teamTaking phone calls and providing support to clients. Lodging andactioning support tickets & emails with assistance from our techsCreating and supporting documentation related to voice systems forcustomersTroubleshooting voice communication, from physical faults toregistration and call quality issuesWorking with the rest of the team, ensuring we can all deliver to ahigh standardDesirable Skills And ExperienceMust-Haves3 years in a similar role with a high focus on VoIP based systemsHas experience in Cisco and Mikrotik SystemExcellent troubleshooting & fault finding abilities.
