Voice Customer Service Representative (Ft)

SPi - Paranaque is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Voice, 6 months project-based).
- Communicates with customers to gather details and/or probe for necessary information (i.e.
specific concerns, account details, names, etc.)
in order to correctly identify and assess customers' needs.
- Manages customer complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit; follows up to ensure resolution.
- Endorses customers to supervisors or more experienced employees for issues or concerns requiring escalation.
**Qualifications**:

- Must complete at least 2 years in college.
- Open to Senior High School graduates.
- Must have excellent English communication skills.
- Must be willing to work on a GY shift.
