Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in visual merchandising within the retail fashion or apparel industry.Proven track record in managing multiple stores or large-format retail spaces.Strong sense of design and aesthetics, with an ability to translate brand identity into visual elements.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and visual merchandising tools.Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and train staff.Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously, often with tight deadlines.Onsite Work (Face-to-face ONLY)
