Job Summary:
An ideal candidate for the position should possess a blend of creative vision and execution, project management and technical proficiency.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
Creative Conceptualization & Execution
Conceptualize, develop and execute visual content for the Consumer Business Sector's internal & external communications, while ensuring that mandatory brand elements are updated and present in all submitted artworks
Create and design digital and print materials including advertisements, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website elements, and more.
Develop visual content for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Generate innovative design concepts and solutions to support marketing initiatives and product launches.
Maintain and enforce brand standards across all visual communications.
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding and visual storytelling.
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Business Units across the retail segments and vendors (suppliers, external creative agencies, etc.)
in creative executions for print and digital requirements.
Identifies creative operations roadblocks and pain points within the campaign workflow and articulates this to the different stakeholders.
Helps propose solutions to these roadblocks and execute as needed.
Functions:
Bachelor's Degree in the field of Fine Arts/Design/Creative Multimedia/Animation or its equivalent.
Must be computer literate.
Must have minimum 5-10 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia or art direction.
Creates cross-channel visual communication content (digital, print, and motion).
Strong knowledge and experience in design, good creative processes, and can follow communication guidelines.
Hands-on experience managing visual communications in a highly regulated market (banking, wealth and asset management, insurance etc.).
Must submit a solid portfolio of work.
Experience in collaborating with merchandise, production, and creative vendors such as but not limited to advertising agencies, merchandise, printing and card production companies.
Strong ability to provide clear creative direction and provide timely, helpful feedback to keep work on track to meet deadlines.
With technical knowledge of handling applications from Adobe Creative Cloud and/or other creative platforms
.Demonstrated creative excellence, with a portfolio of work showcasing a range of concepts and execution.
Proficiency in balancing client expectations and creative integrity.
Understands how to use data and research to drive creative innovation.
