Responsibilities:

Supervise and provide leadership to the Virtual Resource Hub team, including supervisors, coordinators, and support staff.
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize service delivery.
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, and lead initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of services provided.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Oversee the budget and financial performance of the Virtual Resource Hub.
Required Skills:

Must be a Certified Public Accountant
Has at least 4 years of experience in the external audit.
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work be seconded to international engagements virtually and work on shifting schedules.
Additional Notes:

This position will be working with global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax, and Advisory services.
Working Set-up: Hybrid
Mondays to Fridays.
