Key Responsibilities: Generate sales and income for your franchise business. Develop, manage, and lead a team of home-based and freelance agents, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and targets of your franchise business. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management. Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Identify and address any operational issues or challenges, implementing solutions to improve efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Participate in recruitment, training, and development of new team members. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Entrepreneurial mindset with a belief that selling is the best way to earn sustainable income. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required. Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in sales or marketing is preferred but not required. At least two years of professional sales or marketing experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in using online tools and platforms for remote work. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
