Virtual Assistant With Bookkeeping Experience

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Responsible with bookkeeping with basic knowledge of XERO, **raising invoices, running AP reports, weekly reports with commentary to credit control team
- Company research through LinkedIn
- LinkedIn outreach - invites and introductory messages
- Contact research
- Writing and documenting internal policies and procedures
- Organisation of shared drive folders
- Booking flights, hotels, and social events for team members
- Editing job descriptions on the website, sending out roles to recruiters, shortlisting roles for

employers
- Canva design for social media posting
- Canva design for sales materials
- Scheduling social media posts
- Writing website contact such as FAQ page updates, careers pages etc.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of XERO (preferred)
- Knowledge of HubSpot (preferred)
- Knowledge of WordPress (preferred)
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
