We're looking for someone with strong organizational skills to help streamline our operations and keep everything running smoothly. We want to hear from you if you're detail-oriented and ready to take on various tasks!


Qualification: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.Proficiency with Google Sheets.Experience with Shopify a plus ( but not required )Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools collaboration and task management. Key Responsibilities: Pull reports from Shopify and organize the data in Google Sheets.Assist with various tasks and updates within the Shopify platform.Provide administrative support to management, including organization documents, managing schedules, and handling correspondence.Create and set up meetings, including coordinating calendars, sending invites, and ensuring preparation for all participants.Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
