Responsibilities: Perform administrative tasks, including email management, scheduling, and data entry.Conduct cold calling to generate leads and follow up with potential clients.Manage and create content for social media platforms to engage with audiences and promote services.Assist with lead generation and tracking, ensuring timely follow-ups.Support property management tasks, including communication with tenants and vendors.Utilize and maintain records in Door Loop property management software (preferred).Adapt to changing priorities and tasks as business needs evolve. Requirements: Fluent in English with minimal accent; excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong experience in administrative support and customer service.Preferred but not required: Experience in real estate, cold calling, and lead generation.Knowledge of construction or property management is a plus.Proficient in using technology and software tools; familiarity with Door Loop is an advantage.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks.Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
