Salary Range:
REGULAR EMPLOYEE: P30,000-40,000
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR: P50,000-60,000

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in takeoff estimating or a similar field
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proficient in using PlanSwift software
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Experience in handling US clients is an advantage
• Background in takeoff or estimating for painting projects is required
