Virtual Assistant - Order Processing Baguio Onsite

We are looking for a high-level Virtual Assistant to support one of our client-partners hosted in our Baguio office.
Our client is a FULL-SERVICE Promotional Products, Print and Apparel Company.
Their team has been in the print and promotional products industry since 1996, and their years of experience and relationships help to give customers the right solution at the best prices possible.
They are now in search of a passionate and detail-oriented individual to answer incoming queries and place orders for our customers.
**Location**: EMAPTA Baguio—work onsite

**Schedule**: Mon.
to Fri. 9:00 PM-6:00 AM Manila time

**Headcount needed**: 1

**You will be responsible for**:

- Working with the Company Consultant in placing orders for promotional products, branded apparel, large format printing and printed products
- Handling and managing time between 30-50 projects at a time
- Monitoring and tracking orders to ensure that they are delivered to the customer correctly and on time
- Following procedures and detailed manuals for certain tasks
- Doing other assignments given by management

**Technology required**:

- Using Microsoft Teams to communicate with associates
- Using Microsoft Teams to communicate with suppliers
- Using Industry Specific software to process and track customer orders

**Key requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in customer service and/or order processing
- Excellent English Skills both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy and quickly adapts to needed software
- Above average proficiency in using Microsoft Products (Outlook and Teams)
- Ability to understand follow directions and procedures
- Ability to keep on top of multiple projects at the same time
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Amenable to work onsite
