**Virtual Assistant**

**SPECIFIC ROLE REQUIREMENTS**

The mission of this role is to free up the leadership team's time.
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executives.
- Maintain various records and documents for company executives - update filing systems etc.
- Produce presentations.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings, preparing agendas.
- Take notes/actions at meetings.
- Follow-up manager - to internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and key events.
- Organize calendar - executives and staff calendar.
- Update and schedule tasks based on priority.
- Assist with planning priorities on a daily and weekly basis.
- Resolve IT issues and other ad hoc issues, e.g.
booking flights, organizing staff/client gifts etc.
- Prepare relevant company reports, e.g.
project progress reports, and assist with the completion of strategic initiatives - this may include things like market research, putting together.
- Assist the Marketing team with editing and filing photos, database updates, online research, basic website updates, lining up photoshoots, writing posts for social media, updating or creating forms for various purposes.
- Assist the Sales team with proposal document updates.
- Assist Accounts team with data entry of invoices, reconciling statements etc.
- Assist other team members where required to achieve company objectives.
- Graphic design skills to assist the Marketing team.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Bachelor's/College Degree
- At least 4 yrs of BPO Admin Experience or Virtual Assistant Experience is preferred.
- Experience using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Slack, Zoho etc., is an advantage.
- Exposure to Digital Marketing, Leads Generation and Business Development is an advantage.
- A high level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) is required.
- Excellent English communications skills (verbal & written) - required.
- Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
