Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Involved with all or most of the following tasks:Supporting Client CEO and Managers in overseeing operation of a high-volume wedding photography and videography business including:Scheduler Schedules all jobs (i.e. photographers and videographers for each event)Weekly confirmationsScheduling portrait sessionsFinds and schedules back up photographersReports for all departments Marketing tasksA/P data entryEmail managementScheduling meetings and note takingResearch for: wedding photography industry, marketing, new software, products etc.Helping with planning/admin/follow up of all things related to launch into Houston marketData Gathering / Creating Reports and analyzing results for insight and key metrics Assisting with some facets of the recruiting process (communication, screening candidates etc.).Interacting with other colleagues of ClientAny personal tasks.Meet performance-based metrics for this position as set by CEODemonstrate a positive, "can-do" attitude Key Qualifications: Strong organizational skillsStrong English written and verbal communication skills including good speaking voice (with minimal accent)Intermediate ExcelIntermediate Google DocsAbility to create and analyze reportsStrong attention to detailAbility to learn quickly Shift / Hours: Monday Friday in one single shift, between 9:00 AM 5:00 PM CST. Note this is +13 or +14 Philippine time, which will be 10:00 PM PHT 6:00 AM in PHT (during DST) or 11:00 PM PHT 7:00 AM PHT (outside of DST).
