Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant with a strong background in Electrical Engineering to provide specialized support in technical tasks, project management, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will assist in managing projects, preparing technical documents, conducting research, and supporting the team with various tasks related to electrical engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and technical support to engineering teams, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and managing project timelines.
Assist in the preparation of electrical schematics, plans, and technical documentation.
Conduct research on electrical components, standards, and engineering trends as needed.
Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
Support in reviewing and preparing technical documents, specifications, and reports.
Maintain databases, update records, and organize project files.
Assist in troubleshooting and providing remote support for ongoing electrical projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar support role.
Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or other electrical design tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
