Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant with a background in Architecture or Civil Engineering to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in supporting various administrative, technical, and project-related tasks. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth project workflow and coordination.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Graduate of Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Experience: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably within the construction, architecture, or engineering fields.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other architectural/engineering design software is a plus.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and customer-oriented approach.
Attention to Detail: Ability to handle complex technical documents and ensure accuracy in project data and communications.
Availability: Must be able to start immediately and have flexible availability to meet project deadlines.
