You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth project workflow and coordination.Qualifications:Educational Background: Graduate of Architecture or Civil Engineering.Experience: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably within the construction, architecture, or engineering fields.Technical Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other architectural/engineering design software is a plus.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and customer-oriented approach.Attention to Detail: Ability to handle complex technical documents and ensure accuracy in project data and communications.Availability: Must be able to start immediately and have flexible availability to meet project deadlines.
