Virtual Assistant - Amazon (45K) Makati

Prepare financial trend reports with e-commerce KPIs by pulling, aggregating, and cleansing data directly from Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and other major marketplaces.
- Perform unit cost analysis by analyzing and documenting supplier, freight, and duty invoices over time.
- Accurately organize and transfer data from various sources.
- Support the Investment & Integrations team with ad hoc financial analysis and data requests.
- Build granular inventory snapshots and unit projection models to support the Supply Chain team.
- Analyze and develop critical outputs to drive efficiency within the operations teams.
- Analyze brand/product reviews to identify key strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
**Requirements**:

- A degree in finance, accounting, or other business or data-oriented discipline is required.
- Proficiency in Excel required.
- Experience with e-commerce (in particular Amazon) preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to accurately input a high volume of data.
- Strong project management and multitasking capabilities.
- A hardworking and ambitious person eager to support the global UnyBrands team as we work together to build the next-generation e-commerce platform.
**Salary**: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
