The Virtual Account Manager must ensure that the tasks given are achieved, especially the given quota as contribution to the organization's overall goals.
The Virtual Account Manager is responsible for independently generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. The Inside Sales Representative will conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, webinar, events and through other channels. This individual will also actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CRM Activities Record all call activity in the corporate CRM Update customer contact information in the CRM Track progress using provided tools Sales Cold-call prospects and build relationships with procurement and decision makers Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell Follow up on outstanding quotes and progress opportunities to convert into sales Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches Collaborate on targeted campaigns to engage new customers Must be able to facilitate client requirement meetings if an Account Manager is required – both in person and/or remotely using current online Help identify customer needs and recommend solutions Stay current with the client needs, competition, and industry trends Deliver sales presentations/proposals to existing and new Prepare quotations and work with distributors to provide an exception buying experience Metrics 60-80 phone calls per day 5 new logos quoted per week Meet sales monthly sales quota JOB SPECIFICATIONS 3-5 years' experience in successfully prospecting, managing customers remotely and developing sales. Previous experience in technology sales preferred High proficiency in spoken and written English Work independently and driven to obtain assigned goals Ability to communicate and interact with decision makers and procurement We value people who: -Embody the company personality

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
