Vip Manager (Specialist Level)

Job Description Providing VIP services to clients by addressing and resolving their concerns daily.Understanding and analyzing client data to develop effective strategies.Utilizing backend systems as part of the required tools and investing time in learning them.Engaging in daily communication with VIP clients to receive, address, and resolve various types of feedback.Providing compassionate and comforting service by offering emotional support and truly understanding the needs of the VIPs.Required Skills College Graduate (but not a priority).Experience in providing guest/VIP service such as hotel service, casino VIP service, luxurious brands, etc.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Calm and professional under pressure.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.High level of discretion and confidentiality.Client relationship management.Willing to work on a shifting schedule.Willing to work onsite.Can START ASAP.
