Vip/Client Assistant Specialist (Csr - Marketing)

The VIP/Client Assistant Specialist will be responsible for providing personalized and premium support to our VIP clients. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in the BPO industry, both in non-voice and voice roles, and a strong understanding of the online casino industry. The specialist will manage VIP client relationships, ensure their needs are met promptly, assist with deposits and recharges, and provide an exceptional gaming experience through both calls and chat.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in the BPO industry and telesales/ telemarketing, with exposure to both non-voice and voice roles.

FEMALE only.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the online casino industry, including an understanding of gaming products, promotions, and client expectations.

Skills:
1.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
2.Ability to assist VIP clients with deposits, ensuring smooth and secure transactions.
3.Proficiency in handling both calls and chat with clients.
4.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
5.Ability to handle high-pressure situations and provide solutions in a timely manner.
6.Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
