* Film videos on set or on location.* Opearate Camera, Lighting, Audio so the needed footage and supporting material is aquired* Good undestanding of DOP to develop footage with talent, product or both* Plan the shoot with the creative team or even with the client* Have a certain foundation of photography and videography, proficiency in shooting equipment, familiar with lighting, setting, composition, etc.* Collaborate daily with peers across disciplines planner & copywriter* Cooperate with content operation and KOL, take charge of the shooting, project short videos according to the requirements of the brand owner and be able to strictly control the quality of the video* Maintain existing equipment
