Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro is required. The Client is requiring you to make a Practice Video Edit. An amazing opportunity to work with an innovative, Australian Content & Production Company for an experienced, vibrant, and talented Video Editor with a passion for Digital Marketing. Position Overview: Reporting directly to the owner, you will be a self-starting, highly organized professional with a strong background in video editing and digital marketing. You will bring your creativity and technical expertise to produce high-quality video content while also managing social media and digital marketing efforts to enhance the company's online presence, particularly within the Property sector. Key Responsibilities: Edit and touch up photos to meet required style standards, including brightening images, fixing floor plans, and adding text to drone images. Upload completed jobs to the system and send them to clients. Attend to team emails throughout the day and manage client editing requests (e.g., removing items, adjusting colors, floor plan changes). Manage social media accounts for the business and clients, scheduling posts on Instagram and Facebook using provided content and templates. Input data and update the register every morning with upcoming jobs. Set up folders for staff every morning in Dropbox. Edit videos, including final edits using pre-cut footage. Create Instagram reels for the business and clients using the provided content. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas. Requirements Degree qualified in film & media Minimum of 2 years of experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Bridge). Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills. Experience with Digital Marketing is required for this role. Excellent time management and ability to work independently. Good communication skills for remote collaboration. Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate on designs. Experience with social media management and content scheduling. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Benefits 1. Monthly Salary: Php35,000 2. Salary will be paid on a bi-monthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month 3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays 4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation 10 days annual leave credits 5 days of sick leave 5. 4 to 5 years of experience in graphic designing, video editing, and web design Highly experienced and proficient in the usage of creative production and design tools for creating both static and motion and assets (video and graphics) Highly desirable to have web design and HMTL design capabilities. Creative eyes for design direction, look and feel and eye for detail for design error would be highly regarded Basic copy-writing capabilities Team player and not afraid to ask and coordinate the requirement for asset creation
