In a highly collaborative role, you will leverage risk management, time management, and communication skills to drive data privacy and protection concepts.
The Human Resources Data Analytics Office is a centralized team responsible for all aspects of data strategy, governance, data risk management, reporting, and analytics for employee data.
As Vice President – Data Privacy and Data Management, you will manage risks associated with data use, retention, and destruction, impacted by regulation and law across the firm.
The team supports the Workforce Data Use Council, which assesses proposed data uses and implements firm-wide best practices.
You will work with stakeholders to identify legal, privacy, and reputational risks, design control frameworks, and escalate issues to leadership.
Key responsibilities include: Identifying and managing global interdependencies.Evaluating data use requests and identifying business requirements.Prioritizing data use requests and managing deadlines.Presenting data request overviews and risks to stakeholders and senior management.Required qualifications include: Prior experience in data privacy and data protection concepts, global laws, and regulations.Strong communications and interpersonal skills.Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.Bachelor's degree in business or related field.5 years of data governance or related experience.Preferred qualifications include: Ability to work independently and develop creative ways to achieve goals.Knowledge of data management concepts.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
