This is an onsite work in Ortigas and follows a regular Mon to Fri Work Schedule
At least 10 years of experience in the same capacity (Role) is required for this position. Online Gaming Industry experience is NON NEGOTIABLE JOB SUMMARY The Vice President of Operations will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our auditing firm, that specializes in auditing online gambling companies in the Philippines. This position requires a highly organized and results- oriented individual with a strong and a proven track record in managing complex and high volume operations successfully as well as evolving the team, process, systems and setup for a rapidly growing company.
JOB COMPETENCIES / SPECIFICATIONS: Proven experience as a senior operational leader in a similar leadership roleMinimum of 10+ year's experience in leadership and operational rolesStrong understanding and direct management experience of the online gamblingStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsProven track record in managing complex and evolving operationsStrong understanding of Philippine culture, leadership and working practices andability to collaborate with, motivate, and cultivate a local teamExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong written and verbal communication skills (in English)Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesGenuine passion for change managementDirect PAGCOR facing experience not required, but highly desiredDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Work closely with the CEO to ensure that day to day operations of the company run fluidly at all times ensuring key functions like:-
o Reporting and auditing
o Client and 3rd party communication o Internal communications
Directly oversee the account management, compliance and administration teamsIdentify and profile problems and efficiencies and establish changes that resolve issues or improve resultsFacilitate seamless collaboration between different departments to achieve shared objectivesResolve conflicts and ensure effective communication across teamsPrioritize tasks and allocate resources efficientlyWork with key functions, including operations HR, finance, and IT to facilitate effective administrational processes by Managing and optimizing operational and administrational processes to enhance efficiency and productivityImplementing effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risksContribute to the development and implementation of long-term strategic plansIdentify opportunities for improvement and drive innovationAnalyze company performance and recommend corrective actionsRepresent the company in client and service provide interactionsStay updated on the latest trends and developments within the online gambling industryStay well-informed about the latest regulatory requirements in the industry sector, ensuring our continued compliance and strategic planningAid in the profiling and implementation of 3rd party tools, services and functionalityPerform other functions and tasks assigned from time to time as the business requires Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
