We are hiring for a Vice President of Operations, preferably an EXPAT, for a client located in Ortigas. The salary is open based on experience and qualifications.

This is an onsite work in Ortigas and follows a regular Mon to Fri Work Schedule.

At least 10 years of experience in the same capacity is required for this position. Online Gaming Industry experience is NON NEGOTIABLE. JOB SUMMARY The Vice President of Operations will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our auditing firm, which specializes in auditing online gambling companies in the Philippines. This position requires a highly organized and results-oriented individual with a strong and proven track record in managing complex and high-volume operations successfully, as well as evolving the team, processes, systems, and setup for a rapidly growing company.

JOB COMPETENCIES / SPECIFICATIONS: Proven experience as a senior operational leader in a similar leadership role Minimum of 10+ years experience in leadership and operational roles Strong understanding and direct management experience of the online gambling or auditing industry Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Proven track record in managing complex and evolving operations Strong understanding of Philippine culture, leadership, and working practices Ability to collaborate with, motivate, and cultivate a local team Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong written and verbal communication skills (in English) Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Genuine passion for change management Direct PAGCOR facing experience not required, but highly desired DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with the CEO to ensure that day-to-day operations of the company run fluidly at all times ensuring key functions like: Reporting and auditing Client and 3rd party communication Internal communications Directly oversee the account management, compliance, and administration teams Identify and profile problems and efficiencies and establish changes that resolve issues or improve results Facilitate seamless collaboration between different departments to achieve shared objectives Resolve conflicts and ensure effective communication across teams Prioritize tasks and allocate resources efficiently Work with key functions, including operations, HR, finance, and IT to facilitate effective administrative processes Manage and optimize operational and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term strategic plans Identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovation Analyze company performance and recommend corrective actions Represent the company in client and service provider interactions Stay updated on the latest trends and developments within the online gambling industry Stay well-informed about the latest regulatory requirements in the industry sector, ensuring our continued compliance and strategic planning Aid in the profiling and implementation of 3rd party tools, services, and functionality Perform other functions and tasks assigned from time to time as the business requires
